Louise Brice became a full-time primary school teacher in 2018, following a career in global market research. A secondment to the Learning and Development Team within one of the leading agencies she worked at, led to a professional qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a life-long passion for education.
After studying part-time, whilst balancing family life, being elected as a councillor and continuing her research career, Louise joined an outstanding school. She now leads science across her federation of schools and is a Research Evidence Champion. Louise is also National Chairman of the Conservative Women's Organisation.
